Recommendation from .....

I asked her to be my wife!
I was introduced to Alake through a trusted contact I’ve known for many years, and from the very start, her impact on my company was undeniable. She worked on several contracts with us, and the results were immediate—our business expanded, and our revenue increased in ways significant enough to prove that what she was doing was working.
Alake’s work ethic is unmatched. Her depth of knowledge, combined with her willingness to research and master anything unfamiliar, makes her an invaluable asset. She treats everyone with respect, communicates clearly, and has a gift for making presentations that everyone understands. Her meetings are engaging and interactive, with Q&A sessions that encourage openness and alignment among the team. She is always willing to make adjustments to ensure the best outcome.
One of the most memorable moments was when she began a meeting by saying: “The Bible says that even when we are fruitful, God continues to prune us. Therefore, an organization—no matter how successful—that is not willing to modify, change, and take suggestions is doomed.” That insight resonated deeply with me and our team.
Working with Alake was transformative—both for the business and for me personally. She is an amazing professional, a wonderful person, and a woman of exceptional character. The improvements I saw were so profound that, after many months of working closely together, I asked her to be my wife.

She saved me from a third party vendor scam!!!

I truly thank God for the services I received from Ms. Wealthy!

I was expanding a service from an existing business and needed help establishing the proper structure and more.

Ms. Wealthy invested her time, explained things clearly, and provided advice that helped me set up my business the right way.

She also carefully analyzed important documents, which saved me from being scammed by a third-party vendor.

I deeply appreciate her dedication, attention to detail, and integrity.

Ms. Wealthy, you are a rare find—thank you!

I Almost Never Write Reviews — This One Is Worth It

I rarely leave reviews unless absolutely necessary, but Mrs. Wealthy is more than deserving of this recommendation. She was referred to me by a trusted source, and she did not disappoint.

During our highly productive one-hour consultation, I shared my vision for the nonprofit organization I was establishing.

By the very next day, Mrs. Wealthy had transformed that vision into reality. In that same meeting, I also shared my ideas for an upcoming event.

Right there on the spot, Mrs. Wealthy developed practical steps she believed would make the event successful. Together, we refined the plan and implemented it — and the event turned out to be a tremendous success.

As a direct result, I even received two additional invitations from attendees. Mrs. Wealthy’s intelligence, expertise, and generosity in sharing her knowledge are truly remarkable.

I am deeply grateful for her support, as she has left a lasting imprint and impact on the foundation of my work.

She blew our minds
About eight years ago, I was a member of a grading panel for a master’s level internship program at Alabama State University.

Alake Wealthy was one of the candidates competing for placement in the counseling program. The criteria for the program at that time was the candidate had to be a student at Alabama State University and completing a counseling degree. Ms. Wealthy was neither a student at ASU or completing a counseling degree. She had been on a waiting list for a social work internship for 18 months and decided that she wanted to complete her degree and didn't want to wait any longer.

For lack of better words, she literally blew us away with her presentation. She was selected for the spot and rebranded the counseling center to overall counseling and not LPC versus social worker.

She was such a light and positive force in the counseling center that although she was an intern she led many counseling projects.
When I retired from the counseling center, I made certain to remain in contact with Ms. Wealthy.  Over the course of the last five years, I have contracted with her for many varying projects within my small administrative business.

Ms. Wealthy is professional. She presents professionally both in her own personal appearance and the way that she presents information to groups. She is an absolute people person and works well with diversified individuals. She is amazing with what she does and she is able to come into a project and rebrand it in a way that she gets stakeholder buy in and project support.  Her communication skills, both written and spoken, are excellent and she is able to present information in a way that it is easy to understand and believe in the project goals.
I've enjoyed every project that we worked on together.  She is well-rounded and a great individual to work with.

Unmatched Wealth of Knowledge

Alake possesses a wealth of knowledge and experience, as evidenced by her successful track record of securing funding for various projects. Her writing skills are exceptional, as she is a published author with a keen eye for detail and a talent for crafting persuasive proposals. In addition, Alake is adept at establishing policies and procedures for businesses and developing projects that garner community support.

One of Alake's greatest strengths is her ability to build professional relationships in the community. She is well-connected and knowledgeable about available resources, which allows her to identify potential opportunities and partnerships. Her strong communication skills, both written and oral, enable her to effectively engage with stakeholders and convey the impact of newly developed programs.

Her dedication, expertise, and passion for helping others make her an ideal partner in business.

When the Stakes Are High,

She Brings Calm

Alake is highly skilled and is a “people person” and always conveys a sense of love for people in everything she sets her mind to.

She leads with her heart—making an impact that’s both meaningful and lasting. If it is your goal to positively affect the lives of the people and promote healing, conduct a program that is efficiently managed, and add a positive contributor to your team, with no fear of contradiction - I say Alake Wealthy is the person you need. She is very positive all the time and in all things.

Often in our communications, I joke with her - thank you for talking me down from the ledge.

She is always graceful. She loves the work that she does. She loves the overall outcome of success and being the only one credited for a job well done is not her thing. She values her team and the work that every person on the team contributes.

Stronger Connections, Healthier Workplace

Ms. Wealthy’s presentation and communication styles, both oral and written were impeccable. Her ability to brand a project in a way that there was immediate and overwhelming community support was unmatched.
Medicated Assisted Treatment (MAT) is always resisted because the overall public opinion is that individuals using MAT are swapping their addiction for a legal drug. So in the midst of a crisis, it was extremely hard to get support for this treatment and many died as a result. Ms. Wealthy won a grant that would allow Narcan to come into Alabama to save lives. She branded the campaign Project FREEDOM (First Responder Expansion of Education and Distribution of Overdose Medication). Those of us in the substance abuse community, to include the first responders, came together through this project and Project FREEDOM was very instrumental in reducing the number of opioid deaths in the state of Alabama.
Not only did I love working with Ms. Wealthy, I loved the way that she enjoyed the work that she did and the results. I loved that her motivation was not receiving credit but as she used to say, ‘operating in a spirit of excellence.’ She is excellent at presenting and disseminating information, branding and rebranding products and projects, getting community support and leading teams in a way that everyone works together well and feels appreciated.
I have contracted with Ms. Wealthy on four projects this year alone. I have been extremely pleased with the products that she has created. She is extremely professional and that is demonstrated in her final products. She is knowledgeable, professional, positive, productive and an overall jewel to work with.

Unified Teams, Positive Culture

Mrs. Wealthy was given 30 days, but within 1 week she was able to assess the entire operation and recommended modification of the existing labor-intensive systems to flow more efficiently, which drastically improved the interaction with funding agencies, and interdepartmental collaboration.

Alake’s thorough work in compliance decreased the outstanding revenue by greater than 90% collection of reimbursement funds that were owed to Rockdale County pre-pandemic.

She creatively designed and implemented forms and tracking documents that prevented overspending and improper fiscal administration of grant funds.

Alake demonstrated impeccable skills and tact in addressing toxic personalities present in the department and was able to encourage cohesion among the team.

She was instrumental in the proper administration of over thirty million dollars in grant funds for Rockdale County.

She is passionately committed to fiscal accountability, administrative efficiency, professional integrity, and personal positivity.

Above all, she employed her social work skills attained throughout the years to provide technical assistance and guidance to the programmatic staff to ensure that the populations served were receiving services as outlined in the grant and that best practices were utilized to ensure that stigma didn’t prevent individuals from seeking service or hinder grant staff from efficiently providing services.

Transforming Teams Through Trust

She is a humble, respectful, and reliable professional.  She is a woman of character and integrity.

I was impressed but not surprised about Alake's competence and professionalism because she is a
passionate and empathetic person when it comes to her interaction with people. Alake has a wonderful rapport with people from different backgrounds, for she meets no stranger. Her ability to connect with people, and her talent at mentoring and counseling in difficult circumstances are truly superior. She has excellent writing and verbal communication skills, is extremely organized and reliable.
